Can I change my order?

Please contact coldestbeautyco@gmail.com as soon as possible if you suddenly realize you need to change your order. We will do our best to process your request.

Can I return my order?

All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds, returns or exchanges.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a notification to your email confirming your order. If you chose the pick up option, we will confirm pick up dates with you via email. If you chose to have your order shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track the order.

I did not receive a confirmation email, what do I do?

Please contact coldestbeautyco@gmail.com if you realize you did not receive a confirmation email so we can verify your order.

I received my order but the items are damaged, what should I do?

Please contact coldestbeautyco@gmail.com immediately if you receive damaged items so we can accommodate you. We will request your tracking number as well as photos of the damaged items.

I put the wrong address on my order, can you help me?

Please contact coldestbeautyco@gmail.com immediately if you realize you put the wrong shipping address in order for us to make the necessary adjustments. Coldest Beauty Co. will not be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
